Now that the dust has settled a bit I wanted to thank you for your professional handling of our recent move. It's easy to be great when things are going well but the true test is when there are problems to be resolved. We could have found ourselves in a real nightmare but the transition to our new place was gratifyingly quick and amicable and left both us and the landlord in a good position to move forward with the tasks that faced us.
